At HabitAid privacy and transparency are very important.

Jotform is used to run the BluePrint survey and store your answers.

HabitAid will never sell your data to third parties. HabitAid will use your answers in the following ways

• Email - to send your accountability contract and reminder email

• Donation - donation amounts are sent to a google sheet which is then returned to the website for the home page ticker

• Date of goal completion - to schedule your reminder email

All other answers will be used to populate the fields of your accountability contract and nothing else. All the fields are skippable including signature, you’ll still receive your accountability contract! Please feel free not to submit your Blueprint and use the questions purely as a prompt to get thinking about how you might tackle your goals.
