What is the Blueprint?

The Blueprint is a questionnaire that uses behavioral science principles to help you turn your intentions into real change. Each question is designed to clarify your goals and help you construct a roadmap that helps you achieve them .

After you’ve decided your goal begin your blueprint. It’s comprised of 10 questions and should take 15-20 minutes to complete
